LMIS is excited to partner with SUNY Westchester Community College (SUNY WCC) on a new workforce development initiative focused on strengthening career pathways and expanding access to training opportunities across the region. Over the next two years, through a generous grant from JPMorganChase, the project will support labor market research, employer partnerships, workforce training initiatives, and regional collaboration efforts designed to better align education and training with industry needs and emerging workforce trends. The initiative will also focus on improving equity and access for underrepresented populations while supporting long-term workforce system sustainability.
