Molly Wackler joined LMIS in 2024 as Operations Associate, where she plays a vital role in coordinating the delivery of LMIS’ research projects and public-facing events. With a strong foundation in nonprofit event planning and educational program coordination, Molly ensures the seamless execution of initiatives that deliver timely, data-driven insights to workforce development organizations, educational institutions, and policymakers across New York City.

Prior to joining LMIS, Molly spent three years developing and leading English Foreign Language (EFL) education programs in South Korea, where she honed her skills in cross-cultural communication, curriculum development, and program administration. Earlier in her career, Molly supported accessibility and inclusion efforts at The Ohio State University through her work in the Office of Student Disability Services.

Molly is deeply committed to building systems that foster community development and expand access to equitable employment opportunities. She brings to her work a collaborative mindset, a passion for public service, and a focus on advancing inclusive workforce strategies.

She holds a B.A. in Economics from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
