DC 37 is New York City’s largest public employee union, representing 150,000 members and 89,000 retirees across 1,000 job titles. LMIS and DC 37 collaborated to create brochures that depict and clarify career pathways in six DC 37 job areas. These tools are used by local union leaders and members for recruitment, career planning, and identifying opportunities for advancement or exploring transfers across industries.
